Don't forget to hydrate!

Hiii, so yesterday when I was working I got sick. My back was hurting so bad! This morning I wasn't able to sport because I just couldn't move, that's why I didn't go to work to. I think the reason off my back is that I sported to intensive. 


So guys, I told you in my post before that I only drink water or tea. I often make myself water with fruit in it, and it taste delicious! Really you need to try it, but don't buy fruit water in the market  because there's often a lot of added sugar in it. That makes water not healthy anymore. There is like 10% fruit, 50% water and 40% sugar. And believe me it doesn't taste well too. So make your own water. And it doesn't take a lot of time. Just cut some limes, lemons, oranges and if you want you can add slices strawberries to. Really any kind off fruit is good! 

Water is good for:

1. Increases Energy & Relieves Fatigue – Since your brain is mostly water, drinking it helps you think, focus and concentrate better and be more alert. As an added bonus, your energy levels are also boosted!
