Everyday breakfast


Hello, so I wanted to show you what I'm eating for breakfast. It's quick and you can easily make it before you go to school or work. Most off the time I eat this for breakfast. First I didn't eat anything for breakfast cause I wasn't hungry, but when I came out that not eating breakfast is so unhealthy I immediately started eating breakfast. At first it was really hard to eat breakfast, because bread was so dry and then I found out that yoghurt was a better idea. But only yoghurt is boring, so voila to this one with a lot of fruit! If you don't like the fruit I used, you can always use fruit you like! But make sure you've a good and a full filled breakfast!

I always make sure that I've some kind off fruit involved in my breakfast. When I have vacation or on weekends I make most off the time a smoothie. But not on a normal school day, because making a smoothie makes a lot off noise and my parents are always asleep when I go to school ( well most of the time ), so I don't want to wake them up.


What I've used:

Greek yoghurt 
Strawberries
Blueberries
Pineapple
Chia seed,
and some super fruits like goji berries, sunflower seeds, mulberry and some more.
